Online Returns

New, unused items may be returned up to 60 days after receipt and must include original packaging. If original packaging or tags are absent, the return may be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. The customer pays for shipping the item(s) back to Chet’s Shoes. We recommend using a shipping company with a tracking service. Chet’s Shoes is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments to its facility. When returning a(n) item(s), please include a clean copy of your confirmation email or packing slip. (Please note that we cannot issue a refund without this information.) Ensure your name, address, phone number, and email address are listed clearly. Write “RETURN” legibly on the paper. Once your return has been received, please allow up to seven business days for processing. You will be refunded via the payment method you used when ordering the product(s) online. NO CASH OR CHECKS WILL BE SENT FOR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PURCHASES. Please ship your returns to:

Please note that items returned in used condition will not be refunded. If information is missing from your confirmation email or packing slip, your refund may be delayed. If we cannot determine who the package is from, or cannot get in contact with you if we have a question regarding the return, we cannot issue a refund until we do. Please make sure all your information is clearly visible.


In-Store Returns

New, unused items may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase, only with an original receipt.  Items may be returned at any of our locations. Please see our locations page for a list of our stores. If original packaging or tags are absent, the return may be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. If you paid cash or check, you will receive a refund check in the mail. If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a refund via your credit or debit card.

Exchanges

Online exchanges

As with exchanges, unused new items may be exchanged within 60 days of receipt and must include original packaging or they may be subject to a restocking fee. SAFETY TOE FOOTWEAR MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR SAFETY TOE FOOTWEAR—NO EXCEPTIONS! The customer pays for shipping back to Chet’s Shoes. There is no extra charge from Chet’s Shoes for shipping the replacement item. We recommend using a shipping company with a tracking service. Chet’s Shoes is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments to its facility. When returning a(n) item(s), please include a clean copy of your confirmation email or packing slip. Write “EXCHANGE” along with the stock number you want to exchange your item(s) for legibly on the paper. Once your item(s) is received, please allow up to seven business days for processing. Allow up to 14 days to receive your replacement item(s) once your item is received. If the exchange is uneven, we may require your credit or debit card number to make any necessary adjustments. Warranty

Depending on the brand, style, and age of your footwear, you may have a warranty that allows for a replacement pair. Warranties vary according to brand, and are not available on all products. If you believe your footwear has not lasted up to its standards, please call 1-800-499-5476 or email chetsonline@chetsshoes.com to ask about the warranty on your footwear. Please note that warranties generally do not cover abuse and overuse of your footwear.
