Who we are
Chet’s Shoes first opened its doors in 1947, and ever since then, we’ve been fitting and finding the right footwear for people. We know that customers are the lifeblood of our business, and above all we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We’re a small family-owned business, currently in our third generation. Our values are the same today as they were in the 1940s—honesty, integrity, quality, and above all, excellent one-on-one customer service.
Quality
Aside from our values, we have a variety of brands to choose from. At Chet’s, we want you to like your and enjoy your footwear for a while. We only sell brands that we’re confident will leave you comfortable and supported. Just like one size does not fit all, neither does one brand. We are working to expand our distribution of quality brands to help you find something that fits and lasts.
Customer Service
Chet’s Shoes takes the time to measure your feet and find just the right pair for you. Our staff is trained and experienced in the footwear we sell. Their mission is to find the right footwear for you, not sell you the most expensive boot in the store.
Variety of Service
Just as quality footwear comes in many different sizes and brands, it also comes in different ways.
Our brick and mortar stores provide walk in service during business hours. Come in just to get fitted or to find a new pair of work or hunting boots!
We have mobile shoe service, which means we can bring the store to you! There is no minimum purchase or extra charge to have the truck visit your company. The same great service you get in the store can also be found on the trucks.
Being fitted in person is the best way to make sure you get boots that are right for you, but that is not always possible. Chet’s is proud to sell products online and help customers to find the right size through online aids.
Customizable Programs
Not all companies are the same, and neither are all safety programs. Chet’s will work with you to come up with a program that meets your company’s needs. Whether you want your employees to shop only in store, on the truck, online, and any combination of the three, we will have you covered.
